Dear CF908 family,

Thank you so much for the extremely generous gift!  Even though you’ve all proven time and time again how generous you can be, not just to the staff but also with each other (donating to fundraisers, showing support for events, and day to day in classes), it never ceases to amaze me and leave me speechless.
It really is you, our community, that makes coaching so enjoyable.  Tim is always pushing us to better ourselves as coaches and having such great members really motivates me to be the best coach I can be so I can support all of you to the best of my ability.
Words won’t ever be enough to express my gratitude, but again – THANK YOU for all the hard work you put in each time you come, all the fun talks and events we’re able to share, your support, and of course the wonderful gift!

    • 9 Pull Ups (Sx = Challenging Ring Rows)
    • 6 Heavy Dumbbell Snatch (3 each arm)
  • Finisher – 4 Sets –
    • 7 Single Arm Dumbbell Press Each Arm
    • 7 Single Arm Dumbbell High Pull Each Arm
