Today’s Workout:

  • With a partner row 3 x 250m each as a warm up – Row faster each effort.
  • Conditioning – Open WOD 11.2 – AMRAP15
    • 9 Deadlifts (Sx = 115#/75# – Rx = 155#/100#)
    • 12 Hand Release Push Ups
    • 15 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
  • Finisher – Max Strict Pull Ups in 2 minutes
