12/20/17: Holiday Schedule

Here is the Holiday schedule:

  • Sunday, 12/24 – Regular Hours
  • Monday, 12/25 – Closed
  • Tuesday, 12/26 – No 7:15pm
  • Sunday, 12/31 – Regular Hours (No Yoga)
  • Monday, 01/01 – 9am / 10am Only
  • Tuesday, 01/02 – Regular Hours

Today’s Workout:

  • AMRAP14 – Teams of 2
    • Max Calorie Assault Bike
    • At the top of every 2 minutes, teams must complete 20 dumbbell power cleans.  Teams choose weight.  Partners can split power cleans however they like.  One partner can always be riding the bike.  Both partners do not need to stop at the top of every two minutes, but the 20 reps must be completed within the 2 minute window.
  • Rest 4 minutes
  • AMRAP14 – Teams of 2
    • Max reps Burpee Box Jumps (teams choose box height)
    • At the top of every 2 minutes, teams must complete 2 rope climbs (sx = 4 mod climbs OR 20 ring rows / CRx = 4 rope climbs.  Same rules apply as the first amrap.
    • Intention – Partners should choose a number of reps or time domain to work/rest.  Keep the pace fast.  With a :30 on / :30 rest structure partners should be able to push each work period at a hard pace, not sprint, but challenging.
  • Finisher – 5 Sets – 100ft Double front rack carry with kettlebells
