Today’s Workout:
- Conditioning – “Fran”
- 21-15-9 reps for time of
- Thrusters (rx = 95#/65# – Scale as needed based on intention)
- Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping or Ring Rows – No bands)
- Intention – Today’s sole focus is on Fran. We’ll do an extended warm up and make sure everyone is geared up to put in the intensity that today’s workout demands. When choosing a weight on Thrusters, choose a weight that doing 21 in a row is a possibility, but you won’t want to do all 21 in a row in fear of how you will feel after. That’s how you know you chose right. Today is a day to go for it. Don’t hold back.
