- 90 Push Ups
- 80 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- 70 KB Siwngs (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
- 60 Burpees
- 50 Strict Pulls Ups
- 60 Ring Dips
- 70 KB High Pulls
- 80 Box Jump Overs (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- 90 Double Unders
- 100 Sit Ups (CRx = TTB)
