908 Night Out – Tonight @ 8pm at Delicious Heights in Berkeley Heights.  Please come out to join in some Holiday cheer.  We hope to see you all there.

Today’s Workout

  • EMOM10 – Alternate between
    • 1st min – 3 Back Rack Lunge Each Leg
    • 2nd min – 30 second plank
  • Conditioning – 5RFT
    • 10 Dumbbell Snatch (5 each arm.  Alternate as desired – Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 60#+/40#+)
    • 10 Ring Dips
  • Finisher – 300m Farmers Carry

Remember, each and every dumbbell has a home.  Wouldn’t it be nice if we could all really get into the spirit of the Holidays and make sure the dumbbells make it home?
