12/26/17: Necessary Sweat!

Reminder – There is no 7:15pm class tonight.

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – AMRAP20 – Rolling on dubs
    • 20/15 Calorie Row
    • 20 Toes To Bar (Sx = V-Ups or Leg Raises)
    • 20 Burpees
    • Intention – After the Holiday weekend we are looking for a longer sweat to get ourselves back to neutral.  Choose an appropriate scale on the toes to bar to keep you moving.  2-3 sets to complete the toes to bar should be the goal.
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 15 KB Side Bends + 25 Banded Good Mornings
