Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – 10 x 1 Clean & Jerk – 20 min to complete 10 challenging clean and jerks.  Today’s focus is on our lifting portion.  Proficiency in the olympic lifts comes with tons of practice and repetition.  Use today to either go heavy or use it as 20 minutes to work on your technique.
  • Conditioning – AMRAP9 – “Six Schlitz’s”
    • 6 Power Clean & Jerk @ 50% of Max achieved during the skill session
    • 36 Double Unders (Sx = 72 Single Unders)
    • Intention – After lifting heavy in the skill portion the weight for the conditioning should feel relatively light.  You should be able to perform touch and go reps.
  • Finisher – 4 Sets – 25 Russian Twists + 100ft single arm overhead carry
