In teams of 2 complete the following for time:
- 40-30-20-10 reps (Alternate as desired)
- Deadlift (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 185#/125#)
- Hang Power Clean (Same as DL)
- Toes To Bar (Sub Knees to chest)
- Immediately upon completion of the workout you and your partner must complete 100 burpees between the two of you for time. Time should be kept for both the first workout and the burpees.
