12/30/17: New Year's Schedule

We will have two classes on New Year’s Day @ 9am/10am.

Today’s Workout:

  • Teams of 2 – AMRAP15
    • 10/7 Calories Bike (If taking longer than 30 seconds scaled to :30 bike)
    • 10 Dumbbell Snatch (Choose a weight that you can complete all 10 reps without having to take a break.  Note: this does not mean it needs to be light.
    • Partners alternate full rounds.  Scale as needed so that partners can complete rounds in about one minute
  • Rest 4 min
  • Teams of 2 – AMRAP15
    • 10/8 Calorie Row (Same guidelines as bike)
    • 10 Barbell Push Press – Same guidelines as Dumbbell Snatch.
  • Finisher – Max Push Ups in 3 minutes
