- Work to be done:
- 40 HSPU – (rx=ground / c-rx = deficit)
- 80 Strict Pull Ups
- 120 Burpees – (c-rx – 45# plate)
- 160 Wtd Sit Ups (rx=40#/25#)
- 200 Double Unders
- Notes – This is a chipper. You cannot move on to the next exercise until all the reps of the current exercise are completed.
- Finisher – Pass the med ball on the left hand side wall sit – The winner of each wall sit wins a free 908 t-shirt or tank top. Rules: No hands on legs at any point and butt must be below knees. Enjoy!
