12/31/12 – Quad Endurance = Free Gear

  • Skill – AMRAP3 – Calorie Row
  • WOD – Partner WOD – Chipper Style – Teams of 2
    • Pace Setter – Either 200m row or 150m run – Athletes choice
    • Work to be done:
      • 40 HSPU – (rx=ground / c-rx = deficit)
      • 80 Strict Pull Ups
      • 120 Burpees – (c-rx – 45# plate)
      • 160 Wtd Sit Ups (rx=40#/25#)
      • 200 Double Unders
      • Notes – This is a chipper. You cannot move on to the next exercise until all the reps of the current exercise are completed.
  • Finisher – Pass the med ball on the left hand side wall sit – The winner of each wall sit wins a free 908 t-shirt or tank top.  Rules:  No hands on legs at any point and butt must be below knees.  Enjoy!
