Tuesday 01/14/14: Upside Down Practice

Today’s Workout:

  • 10 minutes – Handstand Practice – Holds / Push Ups / Walks – This is a time for you to progress on your handstands.  It is not meant to be a “workout” but rather a warm up and skill session
  • Conditioning – 4 Rds Each For Time – Rest 1 min between rounds
    • Row 400m
    • 20 Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
    • 10 Ring Dips
  • Accessory – Foam Roll – Lats  / Lacrosse Ball – Shoulder / Tricep
