- Strength – 7 x 3 Push Press @ 80% of 1RM
- Conditioning – Every 4 minutes x 5 rounds (Sx = Every 5 min x 4 rounds) – “Piston”
- 10 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Push Press / Box – Rx = Head to Ground – CRx = 4″/2″ Def or Strict)
- 15 Dumbbell Hang Cleans (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 50#/35#)
- 200m Run
- Finisher – 4 x 10 Burpees – Rest 30 seconds in between.
