We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. Our gym uses a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting.

Our CrossFit Kids program is back for 8 weeks meeting 2x per week for ages 7 - 11 years old.
Our Iron Youth program (grades 7 - 12) is 8 weeks of strength training, coaching, and mentorship that is perfect for both off-season athletes and teens looking to start on their journey of building strong bodies and minds.
