- Skill – EMOM14
- :30 Max Strict Chin Ups (If you hit 10, stop) / :30 rest (Sx = Banded Strict Chin Ups)
- :30 Max Strict Handstand Push Ups (If you hit 10, stop) / :30 rest – (Sx = Strict DB Press or Box HSPU / Rx = Head to Ground / No deficit)
- Conditioning – 7 Rounds For Time
- 7 Deadlifts (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 155#/10# – CRx = 225#/155#)
- 7 Lateral Bar Burpees
- Finisher – 3 x 1:00 on / 1:00 off Banded Plank
