10/05/16: Partner Workout

Reminder the gym is closed this upcoming Saturday, October 8 for the Garden State Open.  If you have never been, we strongly encourage you to come check it out. CrossFitters from all over will be coming to compete in some very challenging workouts. It is a day filled with a ton of fun, lots of camaraderie, and the essence of what makes 908 such a great community.  It is free for all 908ers to attend.

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – Teams of 2 – “Escape from Alcatraz
    • 5 Rounds For Time
      • Run 400m Together
      • 20 Synchronized burpees (both partners need to be at the bottom of the burpee at the same time)
      • 10 Rope Climbs (Sx = 10 Modified Rope Climbs OR 30 Strict Pull Ups / 30 Hand Release Push Ups)
  • Finisher – Partner – 6 min EMOM
    • 1st min – Partner A – Max Wall Balls / Partner B – Max Slam Balls
    • 2nd min – Partner B – Max Wall Balls / Partner A – Max Slam Balls
