11/09/16: Signing In

All,

Registering on ZenPlanner for the class you plan to attend is mandatory going forward.  If the class has 25 people registered, then only those 25 people will be able to participate. This is the rule.  Please help us keep classes to a safe, manageable, and enjoyable size.

    • 9 Hang Power Cleans
    • 6 Push Jerks
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 20 Wtd Sit Ups + 20 Banded Good Mornings
