10/02/17: Feeling Froggy?

Tonight @ 8:15pm (Monday) there is no class.  We have a judge’s meeting for the Garden State Open.

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – 10 Rounds For Time “10 of 10”
    • 9 Burpee Box Jump Over (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 1 Rope Climb (Sx = 1 MOD Climb OR 7 Challenging Ring Rows / CRx = Legless)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 10 Single Arm High Pull (Video) + 10 Single Arm Press
