  • Conditioning – 3 Rounds For Time “Hip-pull-potamus”
    • 30 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 20 Pull Ups (Sx = Ring Rows / CRx = Chest To Bar)
    • 10 Power Snatch (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 20 PVC Banded Lat Pull Downs + 10 Dumbbell Curls each arm
