  • Strength/Skill – 5 Sets – 50ft Overhead Walking Lunge Each Arm
  • Conditioning – AMRAP14
    • 8 Chest To Bar Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping CTB)
    • 16 Air Squats
    • 8 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Push Press OR Box HSPU)
    • 16 Air Squats
  • Accessory – Collect 2 min in a Hollow Hold
