Today’s Workout:
- Strength/Skill – 5 x 5 Front Squats (Taken from the ground)
- Conditioning – AMRAP12 – “Plug The Hole”
- 10 Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping Pull Ups OR Ring Rows / CRx = 10 CTB OR 5 Bar MU OR alternate rounds of CTB & Bar MU)
- 5 Cleans (50-60% of your heaviest set of 5 front squats)
- Accessory – 3 Sets – 300ft Single Arm Farmers Carry – Grip should be heavily fatigued by the end of each carry.
