  • Conditioning – “Sled-brity Death Match”
    Teams of 4-5
    10 Rounds – 15 min. Time Cap

    • 40′ Sled Push (Each – Building in weight if able/desired)
    • :20 Wall Sit (After each push)
  • Accessory
    • Collect 2-3 min. in a Ring Support Hold (1:00-1:30 Top + Bottom – Alternate as desired)
