Today is a great day for competitors and those curious what the Garage Games will be like to try one of the workouts from the Garden State Open. They are the following…
- WOD – One mile run, 30 Deadlifts (225#/155#), 50 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
- WOD – Increasing ladder. Every 50 seconds complete 5 burpees + 1 clean + 1 snatch. RX men start @ 115# and RX ladies start @ 65#. Men increase by 10# each minute. Ladies increase by 5# each minute. Power or Squat variations allowed.
- WOD – 50 Wall Balls (20#/14#), 40 Overhead Reverse Lunge Steps (45/25), 30 Thrusters (95/65)
- Additional Cardo Today – 15min row + 15 min run – Moderate/consistent pace
