12/13/12: Yoursday

Today’s Skill of the day is Rope Climb.  For anyone interested, the coach will go over rope climb technique for the first 20 minutes of each class.

If you choose not to work on rope climbs, work on one of your biggest weaknesses for the first 20-30 minutes of the class, then sweat a bit.

For Those of you who have a hard time “finding your glutes” HERE is a good article with some basic progressions on how to get that butt into shape.
