  • Thursday – 10:30am Class – Closed the remainder of the day
  • Friday – 9am & 10am Class – Closed the remainder of the day
  • Saturday – No 9:30am Class

  • 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
  • Walking Lunge, 50 steps
  • 50 Knees to elbows – Sub 75 Sit Ups
  • 50 Push press, 45 pounds
  • 50 Back extensions – Sub Supermans
  • 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Double unders – Sub 200 Single Unders
