Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Push Press – 5-4-3-2-1 (Go for a PR!)
  • WOD – 12 minute AMRAP (Last completed 12/15/10)
    • 3 Burpees
    • 5 Front Squats
    • 7 Box Jumps
  • 3 x 20 GHD Hip Extensions
  • Stretch

    If you are going to come to the gym today please drive safely. the surrounding towns do not have the best reputation for keeping the roads clean and salted. I will be there for all scheduled classes though so please feel free to still come and have a good workout.

  2. Pat, you are the man. Thank you for being a great trainer and a caring friend. We are leaving Colorado today, with a layover in Houston. Given the weather conditions there is a decent chance our flight gets cancelled. We are supposed to land in Newark tonight @ 11pm. Anyone think that is going to happen? Can someone give me a snow update? Be safe 908ers, and I will see you all soon. Thanks again Pat for all the hard work.

    It’s nice to see a pic of you, Tim doing a workout 😉 Be safe, you and Boots!!! It’s currently snowing here (since maybe 8 am or so…was heavier…seems to be a little lighter now…this will lighten up around 3pm)…then a second bout coming in around 6/6:30 (haha!!) till tomorrow morning…….keep some good reading material with you guys, and lots of coffee and snacks!!!!!!! I miss you guys!!!!!!!!!!! xoxoxoxo
