01/27/10 – Strength + Conditioning

Fundamentals – We meet tonight @ 6pm.  We will be going over some squat variations.

Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up
  • Back Squat – Complete three warm up sets.  Then, work up to 3 challenging sets of 3 reps.
  • Conditioning – Complete 3 rounds for time
    • 10 Burpees
    • 20 Pull ups
    • 30 Box Jumps
  • 3×15 GHD Sit ups
  • Stretch

  1. firas and i weren’t there either… tim just found an old picture of someone in vibrams and copy/pasted our heads onto the same body, then stuck us in the picture to make it seem like the class was full.
