Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up
  • Back Squat – Complete three warm up sets.  Then, work up to 3 challenging sets of 3 reps.
  • Conditioning – Complete 3 rounds for time
    • 10 Burpees
    • 20 Pull ups
    • 30 Box Jumps
  • 3×15 GHD Sit ups
  • Stretch
