- WOD – Tabata – Complete a total of 32 intervals of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest of the following exercises. You will complete 8 intervals at each exercise.

Tim – random question… I’m looking to buy a kettlebell (24kg) – any recommendations on brands or where to get one?
Brendan – My KB’s are made by Ader. I got them from http://www.roguefitness.com. I think they are great. Good grip and durable. Let me know what you end up doing.
I’m pretty sad (as much as I complain) to be missing 2 workouts!! And then Saturday you’re gone! I’m gonna need some QT with tim on Monday! Hope your seminar thinger goes well this weekend 🙂
