NEW FUNDAMENTALS – The next Fundamentals group starts tonight @ 7pm. The Fundamentals class is an introduction to the foundational moves of Crossfit which include weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. - Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
- Power Clean – 3-3-3
- WOD – 5 Rounds for time
- 5 reps of – 1 Power Clean + 3 Front Squats
- 15 Box Jumps
- 3 x 20 GHD Hip Extensions
- Stretch
