    The nutrition challenge is keeping me more on track than normal with being away on a road trip visiting all kinds of people with all kinds of eating habits. Maybe this challenge really came at a good time for me, although it’s been really hard to adhere to!

  11. Hi Long Lost CF Friends!

    Sorry I have been out of the CF loop 🙁 I miss everyone! The Challenge looked like a lot of fun and you all looked like you were workin’ it – thanks for reppin’ 908!!!

    I have a mini-triathlon next weekend, so I’m gonna be running, swimming and biking all week…but I’ll be back next week for sure! I hope everyone is doing well!

    PS: I heard about Dottie’s behavior at the challenge…good thing you guys were there to take care of that situation. I mean…who shows up to that kind of competition on crutches? It’s not like she could even walk on the sand! 😉

  12. There is way too much math involved. All the negatives from the drinking have set me way back. I am on day two without any booze however…and so far, no withdrawals. This week is my “get your liver in shape” week…since I’m off to Cape Cod next week. At some point, I’ll come back with totals instead of ramblings.
