Terrible week for me. I have been eating mostly primal meals, but I keep allowing myself to have something small with the meal that voids me calling it primal. Plus, I have been drinking like a fish. Being honest with yourself is rough. Work Harder. Play Hardest.

Tim, I am back for a week to cook primally for you and Erin! Yay! I truly missed preparing my own meals. Once you start eating mostly primal and you go out to other people’s houses or restaurants, you truly notice the non-primal stuff and how hard it is to stay true to a primal way of eating. Back on track by tomorrow, I hope!
