Congratulations to Rick and Kori on their new baby girl!

CrossFit 908 is turning two years old, so it’s time to throw on your party hats and come to the gym in the off hours for some celebrating.  On Saturday, October 15 @ 8pm we will host a 908 after hours throwdown to celebrate a milestone in our gym’s long life!  Feel free to bring spouses and all that jazz.  Leave the kids behind for this one. Rumor has it JR will be twisting up some cosmos, but only for an hour or so because too many of those and who knows what might happen.  Post to the comments if you plan to attend.

CrossFit 908 Ski Trip – Friday, 02/17/12 – Monday, 02/20/12 in the West House in Mount Snow, Vermont. We have 20 or so confirmed so far, and the house sleeps a maximum of 24.  Beyond that people can still come, but plan to sleep on an air mattress.
