Nutrition Challenge 2.0 – 8-weeks of healthy living! I love the great response we have gotten so far from those who want to do the challenge. Here are some details.

  • Dates – Monday, 03/19 through Friday, 05/11
  • Weigh Ins – Must be down between 03/12-03/16
  • Before Photos – Must be taken and/or submitted by 03/16. Take a photo from the front, side, and back.
  • Benchmark Workout and Benchmark Lift – Announced Monday. Must be completed by 03/16.
  • Scoring – Everyone who enters will receive an email with information regarding the diet, good and bad foods, and a score sheet to keep track of their points. Starting Monday, you can sign up on the whiteboard for the challenge. You will receive the email by the end of the week.

      • 300 Wall Balls
      • 250 Abmat Sit Ups
      • 200 Ring Rows
  • Accessory – 4 min plank
  • Stretch
