Water situation – The water was turned off by the water company for reasons outside of our control.  The issue should be fixed by the morning.  We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

Wednesday 6:45pm class is being moved to 7:00pm.  The workout for that specific class is being created as a pre-race workout for the Amber Pizzio Memorial Foundation 5k. All members are encouraged to attend the workout.

Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Establish a 3RM Push Press – Good form is paramount.  No more than 2 attempts.
  • WOD – “Grace” – 30 Clean & Jerks for time (135/95) – Don’t be a hero!  Use a weight you can move with proper form and can complete the workout in under 10 minutes.
  • Accessory – 3 x 25 GHD Hip Extensions
