Today is, and will continue to be an extremely tough day for many people for a very long time.  Sometimes it hard to find the motivation to push hard in a workout or even make it to the gym.  Today should be easy to find a reason to sweat, relieve some stress, and of course, give it a little extra.

  • Strength/Skill – 5×5 Strict Pull Ups – Use weight if possible
  • WOD – 5 Rounds Each For Time – 1 min rest between rounds
    • 10 Calorie Row (Sprint this!)
    • 15 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
    • 20 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#) – Don’t put that kettlebell down!
  • Accessory – 50 Toes To Bar For Time
