  • Strength – Back Rack Lunge – 3 x 10 (5 steps each leg) – All sets should be done @60%+ of Back Squat 1RM
  • Conditioning – AMRAP14
    • 20 Russian KB Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 15 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 10 Toes To Bar
  • Finisher – 400M Carry – 1 Arm Farmers / 1 Arm Overhead – Alternate as needed.
