February 2015 Nutrition Challenge

– Start Date: Mon 2/2 & End Date: Sun 3/1

How Does it Work?
Each challenger must record their daily points and report them to the Facebook group specifically set up for the challenge. You will score yourself in 4 categories: Nutrition, Sleep, Hydration, & Activity.

What resources do I have?
● Food: Kettlebell Kitchen is a food service that cooks exclusively paleo meals. All KBK meals are approved for the challenge.
● Supplements: As our supplement partner, we approve the use of the Strengthlete Repair (POST-WOD) protein on workout days only. Challengers receive a 30% discount on the 2LB Bag of Repair. Orders can be sent to [email protected].

1) Starting Weight (There is a scale at the gym for you to use. You are welcome to weigh yourself on another scale, just make sure you use the same scale for the weigh out.)
