8 Week Program for K – 1st Graders
Get your little ones ready for some fitness and fun! We are offering an 8 week program that introduces fundamental movement skills for kids in kindergarten and first grade.
They will work on improving skills such as balance, body control, flexibility, and coordination. Classes will include a warm up, stretching, obstacle courses, workouts, and games.
This is a perfect way to introduce fitness to kids in a fun and safe environment!
Who: Kindergarteners & First graders
When: Meets every Tuesday @ 3:45 – 4:30pm for 8 weeks from 9/28 – 11/23 (no class 10/12)
Where: 908 Athletics
