    • 1st min – 5-10 Strict Ring Dips
    • 2nd min – 50 Double Unders
  • Conditioning – 3 x AMRAP5 – “Jamaican Lottery Scam”
    • 8 Goblet Lunges 1-for-1 (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 50#/35# – CRx = 70#/50#)
    • 7 Burpees Over DB
    • 6 Dumbbell Snatch 1-for-1 (Same as lunge)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 25 Push Ups – Rest 1 minute between efforts
