- Conditioning – 2 Rounds
- EMOM3 – 12/9 Calorie Bike (Sx = 9/6)
- EMOM3 – 15/10 Calorie Row (Sx = 12/9)
- EMOM3 – 70ft Sled Push (Sx = Unloaded / Rx = +45#/+25# / CRx = +90#/+45#)
- EMOM3 – 20 Sit Ups (Sx = 15 / CRx = 25)
- Coach’s Note: With no built-in rest, the goal of each minute is to get the work done as quick as possible. :40 max of work so that you have some time to rest / transition. Some of these efforts may be as short at :20 and that is okay. The sit ups will likely take the longest and that is also okay.
- Finisher – 5 Sets – 10 Dumbbell Snatches (Practice changing hands as you bring the dumbbell back to the ground)
