03/01/18: Row Fo Sho

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – 4 x 1K Row – Alternate with a partner.  Each person rows 4K
    • NOTE: After each row complete 25 abmat sit ups or 25 v-ups.  Goal on the rows is to be consistent (+/- 5-10 seconds on each row.  Pace should be a challenge the whole time.  Don’t start fast and end slow.  Pick something challenging, but a pace you maintain.)
  • Accessory – 3 x 200ft Front Rack Carry
