Today’s Workout

  • Strength – 5 x 3 Strict Pull Up (All sets @ or above chin ups from last week)
  • Conditioning – 4 Rds Each For Time – 1 min rest between rounds
    • 30 Double Unders (Sx = 90 Single Unders – CRx = 50 DU’s)
    • 15 Toes To Bar (If unable to get toes to bar sub V-Ups)
    • 10 Dumbbell Push Press (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = HSPU -These will only be allowed if you are completing the full range of motion i.e. head to ground.  Deficit is strongly encouraged for those looking to compete)
  • 3 x 15 GHD Sit Up
