03/27/17: The Open is Closing

Today is the last day of the 2017 CrossFit Open.  Don’t forget to submit your scores for 17.5 prior to 8pm.

More thoughts on this year’s Open and the upcoming programming to follow in the next few days.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – EMOM10 – 3 Power Cleans – Start @ 70% of your 1 rep max power clean.  Add weight over the course of the ten minutes.  The reps do not need to be touch and go.
  • Conditioning – 2 Rounds Each For Time – Rest 3 minutes between rounds
    • 20 Burpees
    • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (Challenge yourself)
    • 20 Toes To Bar
    • 20 Russian KB Swings
    • 20 Burpees
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 15 Single Leg Hip Bridges + 20 Banded Good Mornings
