  • Skill – Clean & Jerk Practice – 20 min
  • Conditioning – AMRAP10
    • Increasing rep scheme – 3/3-6/6-9/9…..
      • Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
      • V-Ups (CRx – Toes To Bar if you can get both feet to the bar)
  • Finisher – AMRAP2 – Double Unders

9am Class – 13.4 CF Open WOD – Rx heats will go first.
