    • 2nd – 5 attempts once warmed up to establish a max distance broad jump.
  • Conditioning – AMRAP10 – “Kung Fu Grip”
    • 2 Power Snatch (Sx = 55#/35# – Rx = 75#/55# – CRx = 95#/65#)
    • 2 Toes To Bar (Sx = Straight Leg Rasie with toes above hips)
    • 4 Power Snatch
    • 4 Toes To Bar
    • 6 Power Snatch
    • 6 Toes To Bar
    • Continue to add two reps to each movement for 10 minutes.
  • Finisher – Rest 5 min – AMRAP2 – Burpees
