- Skill – Handstand Work – Attempt to progress from 3/28. Start with wall walks and work up to handstand holds on the wall, freestanding handstands and handstand walking.
- Conditioning – “Piston” (Repeat from 8/3) – Every 4 min x 5 rounds (Sx = Every 5 min x 4 rounds)
- 10 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Push Press / Box – Rx = Head to Ground – CRx = 4″/2″ Def or Strict)
- 15 Dumbbell Hang Cleans (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 50#/35#)
- 200m Run
