- 15/10 Calorie Assault Bike
- 100ft Sled Push (Sx = Unloaded – Rx = +45#/+25# – CRx = +90#/+45#)
- 100ft Heavy Front Rack Carry (Sandbag or Double KB)
- Rest 2 min after each round
- Accessory – 1 Mile Jog (Turn right out of the driveway and head down to the TD Bank and back)
