05/03/18: Tank Top Thursday

To kick off tank top season, the funniest tanks worn today will win a free piece of 908 apparel.  One male and one female winner will be chosen.  Make sure you get a picture of your tank top and tag 908 on social, because if it is not on instagram, did you actually even wear it?

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 5 (Each leg) Double KB or DB Step Up – Box should be at knee height minimum.  Step down  off the box with the same leg you stepped up with.  Always move slower stepping down than up.
  • Conditioning – 3 Sets –
    • 20/15 Calorie Bike (Sx = 15/10 – CRx = 30/20)
    • 25 Box Jump Overs – (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • Rest 3 minutes
  • Accessory – 5 x 5-10 Strict Pull Ups
