Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 5 x 5 (Each leg) Double KB or DB Step Up – Box should be at knee height minimum. Step down off the box with the same leg you stepped up with. Always move slower stepping down than up.
- Conditioning – 3 Sets –
- 20/15 Calorie Bike (Sx = 15/10 – CRx = 30/20)
- 25 Box Jump Overs – (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- Rest 3 minutes
- Accessory – 5 x 5-10 Strict Pull Ups
