The speciality class tonight has been cancelled. There is a judge’s meeting instead @ 7:15pm and again on Saturday @ 11am. If you will be judging for Barbells and Beers please plan to attend one of the meetings.
Today’s Workout:
- Skill – EMOM10 –
- In the same min – 10 Air Squat + 5 Strict HSPU
- Try to increase the challenge of the HSPU. Start with something you can complete unbroken. By the end you should have to break them up.
- Conditioning – 21-15-9 reps for time of “Frank”
- Dumbbell Thrusters (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40/30#)
- Toes To Bar
- This workout is meant to be fast. We realize Toes to bar will be the limiting factor for most people, so choose a dumbbell weight that is light enough to move through nearly unbroken.
