  • Skill Session – Extended Warm Up going over Rope Climb / Pistol / Dumbbell Snatch
  • Conditioning – For Time “Mad Hatter’s Tea Party”
    • 1K Row
    • 8 Rope Climbs (Sx = 40 Strict Chin Ups)
    • 60 Pistols (Sx = Mod Pistol or 60 Jumping Lunges)
    • 40 Dumbbell Snatch (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 50#/35# – CRx = 80#/50#)
    • 200 Double Unders (Sx = 3 minutes of attempts)
  • Finisher – 1 Mile Jog
